We know that we have the product quality problem of our blades, and now we have fixed this problem. Because we always sent the feedback emails to every customer after they received our product to collect reviews and feedback to improve our product and service. When we find this blade problem, our product design team started to check and design the solution.
Some customers said that our blades were not as good as imagination. The blades sometimes are very blunt. So, we designed the new version of blades in the end of August, and now, we have manufactured the new version blades. Since the beginning of Oct, we started to use the new version of blades, which solved all the problems of the old version.
We are so sorry that we have blade problems to make our page quality is low. But now we are solving this problem at the first time. We hope the review team can give us a new opportunity. Thanks.
